We were very pleased with our personal training sessions with Erica through A Sound Beginning. We wanted to get off to a great start with training our pup, Gracie, but needed guidance on teaching basic commands (heel, sit, “leave it and “drop it”) and alleviating some behavioral issues, like tugging on the leash, jumping, and excessive barking.
Erica helped us with those issues and shared some enrichment ideas to help make Gracie’s day a little more fun.
Erica was prompt when arriving at our home and made herself available outside of our training sessions to answer our questions. It’s clear that she loves her work as a trainer – her passion shines through.
We felt like the investment in the training sessions was worthwhile. With practice (and patience), Gracie is coming along great. We are very thankful that we called A Sound Beginning!
