A one-on-one training package when long-term comprehensive help and guidance is needed to ensure A SOUND BEGINNING.
Twelve 1-hour in-home training session with the whole family
Sessions are scheduled on an agreed upon time between you and your trainer.
Sessions must be completed within a 16-month time period.
Our trainer will be available by phone, text, or email to assist you during the learning process to answer your questions and guide you each step of the way, including up to ONE MONTH after the last completed session.
Travel Fees: We service the greater Chicagoland area. Travel fees MAY apply when the distance is greater than 25 miles from Winfield, Il. Contact us to check on travel fees, IF applicable.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
For all 12 sessions: If you cancel day-of, or are not present when our trainer arrives, that session will be considered completed.
A make-up session will be available for a deeply discounted price (plus any additional travel charges that were quoted with your original order). Please contact our office directly regarding make-up session inquiries.
After session #1 of 12 has been completed, if you wish to cancel the remainder of the program, a refund will be issued provided we receive your refund request no less than 2 weeks after your first session has been completed. No additional refunds will be available after that time. All refunds impose a 10% processing fee.
