Liz is currently at Purdue U for her RVT with the goal of becoming a Veterinary Technician Specialist in Behavior. In 2007 she began as a certified veterinary assistant, and has since become a:

-Certified Puppy Start Right Trainer (Karen Pryor Academy)
-Lead Behavioral Trainer and Educator (A Sound Beginning Program)
-On staff with Chicagoland Veterinary Behavior Consultants (Dr John Ciribassi)
-On staff with New Horizons Veterinary Behavior Solutions (Dr Fiia Jokela)
She has many years of experience working with dogs and cats both in shelters and vet clinics, as well as teaching seminars and workshops in low stress handling and animal behavior.
Her work with us in the Sound Beginning Program, teaching other professionals, as well as one-on-one with new pet parents, has made her a positive and valuable part of our organization.
